Hawzah News Agency- The Head of Iran’s Seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, who had traveled to Turkey, had a meeting with activists of Islamic centers in Istanbul, Turkey on Sunday, July 28.

In this meeting, the Iranian scholar emphasized on strengthening the religious activities and avoiding stagnation; he also called the supply of Islamic knowledge based on rationality, science and the needs of the society as a necessity.

The Head of Iranian seminaries further emphasized on ethics, spirituality and refinement of self in religious activities regarding the publication and expansion of important Islamic works in different societies.

According to the announcement of the Iranian consulate in Istanbul, Ayatollah Alireza Arafi pointed to the full support of the oppressed Palestinian people and called this support the duty of Muslims all over the world.

The Islamic scholars present in this meeting also exchanged their views on various issues in the Islamic world and the region.
